Editors Notes:
The Severn Valley Railway's reintroduction to service of its BR Standard class 4 has been one of February's highlights. Here we bring you another clip we've received of it, this time topping the bank out of Bridgnorth. Even though it's shut off the puff of smoke at the lineside shows that a steam engine can exhale hot embers at any time! On its first day in traffic (Saturday 16th February) there was an added attraction or "support act" in the form of a pair of small tanks working one of the other rosters on a three-train day. They were ex-GWR locos in the form of Pannier Tank no 7714 and ex-Port Talbot Railway Saddle Tank no 813 and they're seen climbing up to Bewdley Tunnel in the afternoon.
